We prepare a restaurant that values not only the taste and quality of the food, but also cleanliness and basics.


Rather than having a flashy career, we are looking for someone who takes responsibility for the food they create, does not neglect even small details, and works with genuine interest and affection for the food itself.

It would be ideal for someone who understands the kitchen flow from basic prep to service, values consistency in taste and quality, and values organization and cleanliness.


We want someone who sticks to the established recipes and standards, but not just repeats given tasks, but also thinks about why they do it this way and can discuss ideas together for better results.


If you're interested in new foods and ingredients and take pride in what you make, you'll be a great fit for us.


Initially, we will start with casual positions and confirm each other's work styles and compatibility through actual work. Once we determine we are a good match, we plan to switch to full-time positions.


Full-time salary: starting from $80,000 + Super (about 40 hours)


Rather than simply hiring to fill positions, we are looking for team members who will be involved throughout the establishment process of the restaurant and create good food over the long term.
